The authority for the promulgation and adoption of these rules and regulations by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners is set forth in ?12-33-107(1)(a), C.R.S.
These rules are adopted to implement the Board?s authority to license and regulate persons as chiropractors.
Specifically the rule changes address the change in renewal periods and the supervision of chiropractic assistants. |
