| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Section 12-38-111.6(4.5), C.R.S. sets for the legal requirements for an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to obtain prescriptive authority in Colorado. These rules establish the requirements for obtaining provisional prescriptive authority, full prescriptive authority, for maintaining an articulated plan, and to clarify other statutory requirements. |
