| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this regulation is to clarify the coordination of subsections (5) and (5.5) of ?10-16-104, C.R.S. for small group policies. The emergency regulation is necessary to incorporate changes required due to HB09-1338, which was enacted by the General Assembly effective July 1, 2009 and before amendments to Regulation 4-6-12 become effective on November 1, 2009. |
