Amendments are proposed to add license renewal dates for psittacine leg bands; add requirements for posting of contact information for the Department of Agriculture; change and establish license fees; clarify record-keeping requirements set forth within the rules and to reflect the two year statutory requirement; set the spay or neuter fee; provide consistency in requirements for floors of a rabbit's primary enclosure; and spelling and grammatical corrections. |
