Inactive Licenses for Architects Only, Cap Markings, and Felony Reporting |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision of the following rules are sections 12-25-107(1)(a), 12-25-207(1)(a), and 2-25-307(1)(a) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The purpose for the revision and adoption of these rules is to:
? Comply with the Division standard regarding reporting felony convictions and expired licenses;
? Clarify procedures for transferring an inactive architect license to active;
? Include Limiting Scope of Responsibility for architects;
? Comply with statutory changes regarding physical standards for cap marking; and
? General housekeeping (font, format, etc) for all rule sections. |
