| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Proposed revision of Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Radiation Control, Part 20. The proposed revision removes the current rules pertaining to Particle Accelerators and Therapeutic Radiation Machines in the Healing Arts from Part 20 and makes Part 20 a placeholder (Part 20 ? Reserved). The content of Part 20 is to be moved to a new Part 24, in order to conform to the regulation sequence of the Suggested State Regulations for Control of Radiation (SSRCR). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The current rules pertaining to Particle Accelerators and Therapeutic Radiation Machines in the Healing Arts are removed from Part 20 and moved to a new part 24, in order to conform to the regulation requentce of the Suggested State Regulations for Control of Radiation (SSRCR). |
