| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend existing rules and enact new rules to clarify the procedures for reporting convictions and other adverse actions to include judgments and administrative procedures pursuant to section 12-37-104, section 12-37-106, and section 12-37-107, C.R.S. and to set forth the procedures surrounding filing exceptions and review of inital decisions pursuant to section 12-37-107(5-13), sections 24-4-105(14) and (15), C.R.S. |
