| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule is to comply with amendments to the Act set forth in SB 09-117. This action moves rule 8 CCR 1201-15 to 8 CCR 1202-12 with a new title. Specific amendments to the former rule at 8 CCR 1201-15 are proposed to establish a license expiration date; add a section to contain statements of basis, specific statutory authority and purpose; and to make typographical and formatting corrections. |
