| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to update the Department of Agriculure's zip code; remove the requirement that the annual certification fee is due on the anniversary date of the initial certification; and to increase the reimbursement rate charged for mileage for the inspector's travel. Other non-substantive typographical or numbering erors may be corrected. |
