The purpose of this rule is to ensure full and accurate disclosure, in the contracting instrument, of all terms of the transaction including the itemization of all adjustments, money, or things of value received or paid. By requiring all terms of the transaction to be accurately reflecting in the contracting instrument, lending institutions as well as parties to the contract can make informed decision based on the specific and accurate terms of the contract. |
