Basis
The authority for the promulgation and adoption of these rules and regulations by the Director of the Division of Registrations is set forth in ? 12-40.5-112, C.R.S.
Purpose
These rules are adopted to implement the Director?s authority to register persons as occupational therapists and are further adopted to set forth the requirements for being so registered. |
