The purpose of these amendments is to implement the statutory change to the Anhydrous Ammonia Act which require the Commissioner to establish rules to specify the dates for the registration of anhydrous ammonia storage tanks, mobile transportation tanks and tank mounted applicators, and to correct typographical errors. |
