The purpose of this rule change is to develop and implement state noxious weed management plans for selected List B species; revise existing management plans for selected List B species; reclassify two currently listed noxious weeds to different categories; and identify priority List B species for which the Commissioner intends to develop and implement state noxious weed management plans. |
