| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To revise Regulation Number 6, Parts A and B to include monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements for Colorado?s Electric Utility Mercury Reduction Rule (Colorado?s Mercury Rule). To repeal Regulation 6, Part A, Subpart HHHH (as it applies to a mercury cap and trade program), move applicable definitions in Subpart HHHH to Regulation 6, Part B, Section VIII, repeal the ?Mercury Trust Provisions? of Section VIII., and incorporate by reference various federal test methods and other materials, in order to ensure that Colorado has complete monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting require |
