| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amendments to Standards for Hospitals and Health Facilities, Chapter V, Long Term Care Facilities. The proposed amendment adds a new section 2.5, Occurrence Reporting, requiring that a long term care facility report to the Department within 24 hours of discovery any occurrence that involves resident neglect, abuse, or mistreatment, as well as resident injuries of unknown source or misappropriation of a resident?s property. |
