| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This amendment to Section 6.04 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3)revises paragraph (a) to reflect the annual Commission fee to be assessed for fiscal year 2008-2009. Please note that this does not change the amounts of annual Commission fees, but simply changes the rule to reflect the 2008-2009 fiscal year. |
