| Description of Subjects/Issues |
For consideration of revisions to the financial assistance rules as follows: (1) revise the category and prioritization systems, and (2) adopt and renumber two former Board of Health regulations as Water Quality Control Commission Regulations: the Drinking Water Revolving Fund Rule (5 CCR 1003-3), proposed as new Regulation #52 (5 CCR 1002-52); and the Drinking Water Grant Program (5 CCR 1003-8), proposed as new Regulation #54 (5 CCR 1002-54). |
