| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
to estblish classifications and numeric standards for the Colorado River Basin, including all tributaries and standing bodies of water. This includes all or parts of Garfield, Mesa, Reo Blanco, Moffat and Routt Counties. The classifications identify the actual beneficial uses of water. The numeric standards are assigned to determine the allowable concentrations of various parameters. |
