| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the amendment to Rule 5.01.31 is to bring up to date the statutes that prescription drug outlets are to retain as references. The purpose of the amendments to Rules 15.01.11 and 15.01.12 is to clarify that wholesalers must report to the Board when their accreditation is expired, suspended, revoked, or withdrawn and that the Board may discipline a wholesaler when that wholesaler?s accreditation has been suspended, revoked or withdrawn.
