| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to effectuate the legislative directive to promulgate necessary and appropriate rules for the administration and enforcement of the Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act. Specifically, changes were made to comport to advancements in veterinary treatment and specific animal care. Certain rules were expanded and clarified, and a number of typographical and grammatical changes were made. |
