| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Language changes to 1) clarify provisions of the rule regarding burden of proof requirements to demonstrate that a source is using the best practical treatment, maintenance and control currently available to maintain the lowest possible emission of odorous gases, 2) clarify current exemptions for agriculture, 3) identify appropriate technical instruments for measuring odorous emissions, and 4) typographical, grammatical and formatting revisions. |
