| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The specific purpose of this rule is to amend or repeal existing rules and adopt new rules with respect to: (1) Standards For Real Estate Appraisal Experience; (2) Continuing Education Requirements; (3) Renewal, Reinstatement, Surrender, Revocation of Licensure; (4) Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; and (5) Disciplinary Procedures. |
