Purpose/Objective of Rule |
1. The purpose of this regulation is to define what documents should be retained for a period of four years and to require mortgage brokers or other persons who assume to act in such capacity within the state to provide a written response and all requested documents to the Director or an authorized representative of the Director. 2. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that mortgage brokers maintain current contact information and all information required for licensing to ensure the Director may adequately protect the Colorado consumer. 3.
