| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rules will furnish guidelines and establish an enforcement mechanism for Regulation 11 of the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission and all applicable statutes establishing the basic emissions program, the enhanced emissions program, and the clean screen program in the State of Colorado. |
