Revisions to current temporary modifications of water quality standards expiring on or before 02-28-2010 |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These regulations establish classifications and numeric standards for the Colorado River Basin, including all tributaries and standing bodies of water. This includes all or parts of Garfield, Mesa, Rio Blanco, Moffat and Routt Counties. The classifications identify the actual beneficial uses of the water. The numeric standards are assigned to determine the allowable concentrations of various parameters. |
