| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To promulgate rules which include application procedures by which a school may apply for grant funds through the program, criteria for selecting those schools that shall receive grants, criteria for determining the amount to be granted to the selected schools, procedures for reviewing grants, designation of a valid, and reliance read to achieve assessment for schools to use in assessing student's reading proficiency. |
