| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Adoption of the current Commerical Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) Out-of-service Criteria, which now includes the out-of-sevice procedure for Mexican Domiciled Carriers Operating in the United States. The language which will require drivers of commercial vehicles to carry tire chains on Interstate 70 between milepost 163 to milepost 259 from September 1st to May 31st. The language to clarify the civil penalty appeal process. |
