| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Air Quality Control Commission will hold a rulemaking hearing to consider revisions to the rule to modify the requirements for delegating the program authority to units of local government and to increase the requirements for larger instructional and training type fires. At the time of the hearing the Division will also discuss the proliferation of the mountain pine beetle epidemic and the impacts it is generating on the need for prescribed fire. |
