| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to repeal the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing's regulations for the Adult Foster Care and Home Care Allowance programs, Sections 8.483 to 8.483.80 and 8.484 to 8.484.30, respectively, from the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing's Medical Assistance Rules (10-CCR-2505-10). Senate Bill 06-219 removed the administrative responsibility for these programs from the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and transferred this responsibility to the Department of Human Services along with the corresponding appropriations.
