| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this regulation is to establish and implement rules concerning the format for, elements of, and issuance of a Colorado Health Benefit Plan Description Form, pursuant to Section 10-16-108.5(11)(b), C.R.S. As required by law, the form is designed to facilitate comparison of different health plans by persons interested in purchasing or obtaining coverage under a health benefit plan. As also required by law, this regulation sets out procedures for carriers to make available a Colorado Health Benefit Plan Description Form for each policy, contract, and plan of health benefits that |
