| Description of Subjects/Issues |
For consideration of adoption of revisions to the Biosolids Regulation, Regulation #64, including the incorporation into this regulation of fees for the beneficial use of biosolids. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to establish requirements, prohibitions, standards and concentration limitations on the use of biosolids as a fertilizer and/or organic soil amendment in a manner so as to protect the public health and prevent the discharge of pollutants into state waters. |
