The Air Quality Control Commission will hold a public rulemaking hearing to consider a proposal by the Division to revise Regulation Number 12 to incorporate changes made by the General Assembly in 2006 Senate Bill 58 that revise the testing period for 2004 and newer light duty diesel vehicles and revise the model year exemption period. |
