Our office will launch a new Notary filing system on December 16th. This new system allows users to file nearly all forms online, reducing processing time and costs. Forms that can be submitted online will no longer be accepted on paper.

Applications paid for online on or before October 17th must be completed by delivering supporting documents to our office by December 13th in order to be processed. Otherwise, the filing will be deleted on December 16th. No refunds will be given for deleted filings.

Incomplete filings submitted on or after October 18th that have not been corrected and processed by December 13th will be rejected. Those forms will need to be resubmitted using the new online filing system. You will not have to pay again.
