Earlier this year, the Colorado Secretary of State accepted a project proposal from a usability and information design specialist. This project involves thorough evaluation and redesign of the Colorado Voter Registration Application. A primary goal of the project is to ensure that the application is user friendly. Therefore, the Secretary of State's Office requests your review and comment on the current draft form.

If you would like to comment on the draft voter registration form, please submit written comments to andrea.gyger@sos.state.co.us on or before October 30th, 2009 in order to be considered.
Please note, completion of the draft form has no impact on an elector’s voter registration record and does not have the effect of registering you to vote. Any elector wishing to register to vote or update his/her voter registration record should use the current Secretary of State approved voter registration record. That form is available on the Secretary of State website at www.sos.state.co.us.
