Voter Fraud Investigations
The Secretary of State is leading the effort, with the help from the CBI, the Attorney General’s office, District Attorney, and the clerks of each county, to ensure that the integrity of the registration and voting process has not been impacted. All questionable voter registrations and convicted felons trying to fraudulently vote will be stopped. At the same time, we are protecting the constitutional right to vote for every eligible voter in the state. We are taking this issue very seriously.
