Welcome to the Initiative Petition Circulation Process
This guide constitutes the petition entity and petition circulator training program, which provides an overview of the rights and responsibilities of petition entity representatives and petition circulators. In addition to fully reviewing this guide,please review Article V, Section 1 of the Colorado Constitution, Article 40, Title 1, C.R.S., and SOS Election Rules 15 through 21.
