Elbert County Republican Executive Committee vs. James M. Bassett, Susan L. Hart, Gregory B. Lopes, AKA (Citizens for an Honest Elbert County	Subject:  In the matter of the complaint filed by Elbert County Republicans regarding alleged campaign and political violations by Citizens for an Honest Elbert County.	Case #OS2006-0017
	Decision summary:  Citizens for an Honest Elbert County failed to file contribution and expenditure reports. No fine imposed because the committee had not been afforded the opportunity to remedy the situation and did file all reports once clerk’s office transmitted information to the Secretary of State.  Read agency decision (PDF).
