New filing requirement - starting with the filing due April 15, 2016 this report is required to be filed electronically through TRACER, the Secretary of State’s Campaign Finance website. The Report is available under the Online Forms section. Active candidates may file this in their candidate workspace by clicking on the File Reports tab after logging into TRACER.


This calendar does not apply to:

  • President or Vice President
  • U.S. Senators
  • U.S. Representatives
  • Political party offices
  • Special district offices where annual compensation is less than $1,600

Do I have to file?

Filing is only required if you have something to report.  If you have nothing to report, filing is voluntary and encouraged.
