Effective October 1, 2007, all candidates, committees and 527 Political Organizations who file disclosure reports with the Secretary of State's Office must do so using the electronic filing system. Paper/manual filings will only be accepted for reports with 30 entries or less. County and municipal candidates are excluded from mandatory electronic filing. Please click here for more information.
