If you're using the DEFAULT_BROWSER feature with Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, make sure that you aren't already running a Netscape Communicator program (e.g. Navigator, Mail, Composer, etc.) on your desktop. If you are, close all Communicator windows before re-running your WebEnterprise Designer application.
