Complaints
Enter your complaint in the "Complaint Text" box to register a complaint against a chartable organization, professional fundraising consultant, or paid solicitor. Please be sure to include the registration number, if known, of the entity you are complaining against. Other very useful information that we encourage you to provide includes: (1) age group of complainant (18-to-60, or over 60), (2) name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and web address of entity you are complaining against, (3) name of person with whom you dealt, (4) date of transaction or solicitation, (5) whether or not you made a donation to the solicitor or charity, and if so, the dollar amount and the method of payment (cash, money order, credit card, direct debit from bank account, other). It would also be helpful if you could provide your own name, address, phone number and/or email address, so we can contact you if we have questions. Anonymous complaints will be accepted, however. If your suggestion or complaint concerns the web site or the registration requirement generally, or if you need additional space to fully describe your complaint, please send an email to charitable@sos.state.co.us.
