In January of 2023 a correction was filed for 1 CCR 205-1 REGULATION 44-20-121(7)(c). The only change was supposed change a reference from Part 4 to Part 1 and to be to change retain to retail in (c). The submitted version of the rule inadvertently did not contain the reference to "child support obligation status" which was part of the promulgated rule. |
