| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider the following fee-related changes and other programmatic changes in Regulation 100:
To raise the fee from $85 to $150 for out-of-state operators seeking reciprocity in Colorado.
To revise the exam fee from $100 to $104 to reflect the increase established by the Board’s contract with its test provider that becomes effective on March 1, 2024.
To raise the late fee for renewal applications submitted after the expiration date of the certificate being renewed from $50 to $100. |
