| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider establishing a new Regulation Number 29 to address restrictions for lawn and garden equipment as proposed by the Air Pollution Control Division. These restrictions are anticipated to reduce emissions of ozone precursors, greenhouse gases, and other co-pollutants. The restrictions are not proposed for inclusion in the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone. However, the Commission may consider whether to include these provisions in the SIP as part of this rulemaking process. |
