The Colorado State Plumbing Board will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on October 25, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. to receive testimony before the Board determines whether to approve revisions to Rule 1.2 to implement Colorado House Bill 23-1057 and repeal Rule 1.10 on a permanent basis to implement Colorado Senate Bills 23-265.

| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado State Plumbing Board held a Rulemaking Hearing to receive testimony before the Board determined whether to approve revisions to Rule 1.2 to implement Colorado House Bill 23- 1057 (Concerning a Requirement that Certain Public Buildings have Restrooms with Amenities for all Genders, and, in Connection Therewith, Making an Appropriation); and repeal Rule 1.10 to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-265 (Concerning a Prohibition on a Regulator Imposing Discipline Against a Person Based on Certain Activities Involving Marijuana). |
