| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado State Board of Nursing will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on October 25, 2023, at 9:30 A.M. to receive testimony before the Board determines whether to approve revisions to Rules 1.14 and 1.15 and whether to repeal Rules 1.33 and 1.34 on a permanent basis to implement Colorado Senate Bills 23-188 and 23-265.

| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was for the Board to consider adopting revisions to Rule 1.14 to clean up problem that the Rule currently causes when issuing discipline, repeal of Rule 1.33 to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-188 (Concerning Protections for Accessing Reproductive Health Care), and repeal of Rule 1.34 to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-265 (Concerning a Prohibition on a Regulator Imposing Discipline Against a Person Based on Certain Activities Involving Marijuana). |
