| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of these amendments is to align with statutory changes resulting from HB 23-1225.
To align with changes from HB 23-1225, the Board is changing select definitions in Part 1.1.C. (“aggrieved person”; “board activity”; “national drug code”; and “generic drug”); repealing Part 2; and, to align with applicable changes regarding upper payment limits in HB 23-1225, amending Parts 4.1.C. and 4.1.D. of the Board’s rules. |
