Corrections need to be made to Commission Rule 4005. 4005(a)(IV) should reference 4206(f) instead of 4205(e). Also, 4005(a)(XVII) should be deleted as it references the GPS rules which are now in Part 11. (a)(XVI) and (a)(XV) should be changed to reflect this by moving the "and" to (XV) and adding the period after (XVI). |
