The proposed rule changes are intended to prepare Unemployment Insurance Rules to better align with the implementation of the modernization of the employer system, remove redundancy with the unemployment insurance statute, and clean up after the last two legislative sessions.
Changes are being made to rules related to filing continuing claims, work share, overpayments, and premium reports. |
