Rule 5.2: Reference to Rule 4.1.4 should be to Rule 4.1:
The Division submits a non-substantive correction filing pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II) for 7 CCR 1103-15. In Rule 5.2, the phrase “Rules 4.1.4, 4.3-4.4, and 4.6(A)” should instead be “Rules 4.1, 4.3-4.4, and 4.6(A).” This is a non-substantive edit to correct typographical errors made during rulemaking. These changes will benefit readers of the rule by correcting a typographical error for better readability, and by ensuring that complete and accurate cross-reference citations appear in the rules. |
